Redwood Park Communities was looking for a stable, secure, fast, and spam-free solution for their email. Their current email solution was overly complex and didn’t work on the variety of devices they were using. Critically, sharing documents was difficult including making sure the correct permissions were set, and that the most recent copy of the document was the one they were editing. Think Forward Media migrated them over to Google’s GSuite. GSuite provided Redwood Park Communities with easily accessible shared drives that automatically gave the right people the right permissions to their files, and came with File Stream, ensuring that the most recent version of the file was always a click away.
